Irwin Home Equity constantly strives to be responsive to its employees and to improve the work environment. As part of this process, IHE conducts bi-annual, confidential surveys of its employees through an independent consulting firm. This comprehensive survey covers key aspects of job satisfaction, such as their supervisor’s management style, their co-workers, pay, and career advancement.
